Immigration Services
Song Immigration Law, LLC handles a range of federal immigration matters for individuals, families, and employers.
Immigration law is complex and outcomes vary depending on individual facts and circumstances. Nothing on this page constitutes a guarantee of results. Please contact us to schedule a consultation to discuss your specific situation.
1. Family-Based Immigration
We assist U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents in petitioning for qualifying family members to obtain immigrant visas or lawful permanent residence. This includes immediate relative petitions and family preference category cases. Each case is different, and we work to identify the most appropriate pathway for your family.
3. Naturalization and Citizenship
Naturalization is the process through which eligible lawful permanent residents may apply to become U.S. citizens. We assist clients with naturalization applications, interview preparation, and related filings. We also assist with citizenship claims for individuals who may have derived or acquired citizenship through a U.S. citizen parent.
5. Waiver
Certain grounds of inadmissibility or deportability may be waivable under federal immigration law. We evaluate a client's individual circumstances and, where applicable, assist in preparing and submitting waiver applications.
7. Immigration Court Matters
Where permitted and consistent with our professional responsibilities, we may assist individuals with matters before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), including preparing applications for relief, organizing supporting evidence, and providing related legal assistance. Please contact the Firm to discuss the specifics of your situation.
2. Adjustment of Status
Adjustment of status is the process by which certain individuals already present in the United States may apply to become lawful permanent residents without leaving the country. We assist clients in preparing and submitting adjustment of status applications, including associated applications for work authorization and travel documents.
4. Consular Processing
For individuals residing abroad who seek an immigrant visa to enter the United States, consular processing may be the appropriate pathway. We assist clients with the National Visa Center (NVC) process, consular interview preparation, and related documentation.
6. Employment-Based Immigration
We assist employers and employees with employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions, including preparation of supporting documentation and agency correspondence. We advise on available visa categories and eligibility requirements to help clients and employers understand their options.
8. Immigration Consultations
Not every client needs full representation. We offer paid consultations for individuals seeking to understand their immigration situation, evaluate their options, or get answers to specific immigration questions. A consultation does not automatically create an attorney-client relationship for full representation.
